Definition of a Turnkey System

The Definition of a Turnkey System is that we bring all the components needed to get water into your home…

People call all the time wanting a “Turnkey Install”…we have never quoted this over the phone, although I do have a general estimate based on zip codes and “per foot” prices. We are happy to give an on-site written quote.

This term came out of the mobile home industry where they would request a “turnkey quote” with every job. Back then we did it, but didn’t really enjoy the electrical part and most times hired a subcontractor. These days, it is all done “in house”. We do it to code and know that it is done properly.

If we drill a shallow or deep well, this means hook up to pump and tank if existing. If there is no pump or tank we quote a price based on installing that also. Sometimes on a new home, plumbing and electrical may be needed. Turnkey ultimately means you walk into the home, turn on a spigot and water flows. We do what it takes to make you happy.

For all you folks on city water, we offer turnkey irrigation systems…you sign a contract with us on Monday and usually within two weeks you will be watching your irrigation system automatically sprinkle your lawn with free water.

The above picture is a 60 amp sub-panel that allows us to very quickly get power to your new water system. This allows us not to have to tear out sheetrock or even set foot in your home! It also allows you to utilize 60 amps of power that you don’t have access to in your current breaker panel.

The first pic is a deep well drilled at an existing home on Yonges Island…the old well was staining fixtures and clothes. This new well will eliminate those problems. The small Reverse Osmosis will also provide high purity water for drinking purposes.
