In the business of water well drilling, paperwork management is needed to ensure adequate compliance with government regulations and good customer relations. WellMagic is designed as a companon program to any general ledger accounting system such as QuickBooks. All sales information is tied to the site/job v. the customer (which usually changes frequently) making the system infinitely and efficiently searchable. Aggregate sales data is entered as journal entries in a matter of seconds. WellMagic then manages statements, finance charges, etc.

Data can be readily transferred from other programs to expedite start up and maintain continuity.
